This page summarizes the privacy choices available to you. It supplements, and should be read alongside, our Privacy Statement, which has the full details.

1. We Do Not Sell Or Share Your Personal Information

Fast Foreclosure Data does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), and comparable state laws. We do not run ad-tech pixels or third-party advertising cookies on the Service, so there is no advertising opt-out to configure.

2. Global Privacy Control

If your browser or extension sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we will treat it as a valid opt-out-of-sale/sharing request for that browser, consistent with applicable law. Because we do not sell or share personal information in the first place, honoring GPC has no practical effect on how your data is processed — it is already excluded.

3. Your Rights As A User

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: know what personal information we hold about you; access or obtain a copy of it; correct inaccuracies; delete it; and opt out of the sale, sharing, or use of sensitive personal information for purposes beyond what is strictly necessary to provide the Service.

How to exercise a right

Email support@fastforeclosuredata.comwith the right you want to exercise. We will verify your identity using the information tied to your account before acting, and will respond within the time required by applicable law (generally 45 days, extendable once by 45 additional days for complex requests). You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may require proof of the agent's authorization and separately verify your identity.

Non-discrimination

We will not deny you the Service, charge you a different price, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised a privacy right.

Appeals

If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision email. If we deny the appeal, you may contact your state attorney general's office.

4. Choices For Individuals Named In Public Records

The rights above apply to your personal data as a Fast Foreclosure Data account holder. If you are instead a property owner, borrower, lender, or trustee named in a public filing that appears on the Service, the rights and removal process are described in Section 2 of our Privacy Statement. In short: email support@fastforeclosuredata.com and we will review whether the listing should be corrected, suppressed, or removed from our platform. Public record information is generally exempt from the state-law rights described in Section 3 above, since it is publicly available government data rather than data we collected from you directly.

5. Cookies

We use only cookies strictly necessary to operate the Service — primarily authentication and security. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, so there is no cookie-consent banner or ad-preference center to manage.
