Accessibility Statement
- Effective date:

- Last updated:

Fast Foreclosure Data is committed to making fastforeclosuredata.com and the Fast Foreclosure Data platform usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnification, voice control, or keyboard-only navigation.
1. Conformance Target
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. This is an ongoing effort rather than a one-time certification: we review and improve accessibility as the product evolves, and we do not claim full conformance on every page today.
2. Measures We Take
- Semantic HTML and landmark structure so assistive technology can navigate the page;
- keyboard support for interactive elements such as menus, tables, and forms;
- text alternatives for informational icons and images;
- color contrast and focus indicators checked against WCAG AA targets; and
- a responsive layout that supports browser zoom and text resizing.
3. Known Limitations
Some areas of the Service — for example, interactive map visualizations, dense data tables, and generated PDF exports — are harder to make fully accessible and may not yet meet every WCAG AA criterion. We prioritize fixes based on impact and are working through them incrementally.
4. Feedback And Accommodation Requests
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or need information from the Service in an alternative format, contact us at support@fastforeclosuredata.com. Please include the page URL and a description of the issue and the assistive technology you were using; we aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within five business days.
5. Scope
This statement covers the Fast Foreclosure Data marketing site and web application. It does not cover third-party sites we link to, or documents originally produced by government offices and reproduced on the Service as public-record filings.
